Class Rooms

All classrooms are built as per PCI requirements creating an environment for active learning. All class rooms are powered by Audio visual facilities enabling the students for advanced learning.


Laboratories

Laboratories are centers for creative learning through practical application of theory knowledge. To meet this objectives and regulatory requirements all laboratories are designed and constructed and equipped with necessary infrastructure and instruments.


Library

We have a spacious library equipped with 6000 books only for Pharmacy related and 50 National & 20 International Journals, Magazines, Audiovisual Cassettes and CDs on selected topics. We have 3000 general books related to Science, General Knowledge, Poetry, and Personality Development other than the subjects. There is a seating arrangement for 200 students to study simultaneously. Our students are well aware of International Journals and we are having Internet facility in the library.


Seminar Hall

An audio visual equipped seminar hall is available for seminars, workshops, meetings and professional activities.


Hostel Facilities

The college has tied up with some paying guest accommodation hostels in Suryapet to support the residential facilities for both boys and girls.


College Bus

The college runs two buses to pick up and drop the students and faculty from Suryapet to college and back to Suryapet.


Extracurricular Activities

Games and sports increase mental ability and concentration to excel in studies so the college encourages students to participate in all in-door, out-door games and cultural activities. Every year the institution conducts intra and inter class competitions and encourages students to attend inter college and university level competitions.


Pharm D training at Kamineni Hospital

Vikas College of Pharmaceutical Sciences has signed MoU with the Kamineni Institute of Medical Sciences (KIMS) teaching Hospital, Narketpally to impart Introductory Pharmacy Practice Exposure (IPPE), Advanced Pharmacy Practice Exposure (APPE) to Pharm D students. IPPE includes bedside teaching and case-based learning. APPE includes clinical pharmacy skills training through clerkship and internship activities. KIMS is a 1050-bed multi-speciality teaching hospital. All the clerkship and internship students daily take part in the ward activities of Medicine, Surgery, Pediatrics, Pulmonology, Nephrology, Psychiatry, Dermatology and Gynecology. The internship students also visit PCI-approved external sites for Oncology rotation.
